- You have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your

- If you need to cancel without a future date, please contact us to make arrangements.
- If your Treatment and/or Service is not cancelled within the specified cancellation period, we
reserve the right to charge 100% cancellation fee - All payments are non-refundable as per the agreed terms and conditions at the time of

- Before and after using each facility, please shower.
- Respect the designated dry and wet areas.
- Familiarize yourself with the signs in the changing rooms.
- Avoid wearing wet clothing, robes, or Nudity in spa areas.

- Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
- Cameras and phones are not allowed in changing rooms and private service areas.
- Please dispose of used towels in the designated bins.
- Any towels left behind will be removed.
- Do not bring glassware or food into the changing rooms or service areas.
- For your safety, it is recommended not to wear jewelry while using the spa facilities.

Before any wellness or aesthetics procedure, a thorough consultation is necessary. You will need to
arrange a consultation before your appointment, and there is a fee for this service. The consultation
fee will be credited towards your treatment if you proceed with scheduling
A medical spa / Aesthetics ( 4th Floor) is different from a regular spa in several ways. We are overseen by a licensed medical professional. This means that the treatments we offer are more likely to be effective than those offered at a regular spa.
Furthermore, we provide more advanced treatments. These May include laser therapy, Botox injections, chemical peels, and fillers. Due to the complexity of the procedures, it’s only natural for us to ask our potential clients to schedule initial consultations. Because we care about your health and time!
Mirrored’s Wellness centers offers a combination of skin care services and body services, and nutrition consulting. Some times we offer alternate services such as chiropractic, acupuncture, or holistic medicine.The spa and wellness facilities include a sauna and treatment rooms.
- Mirrored is an adult-only environment for individuals aged 16 and above. Some spa
and wellness treatments are not available to those under 16 years old. - Any individual under 16 must be accompanied by an adult when receiving salon or
barber services.
- Robes, towels, and flip flops are supplied in your locker for spa use. If you need a different
size, please contact Reception. - You are encouraged to bring your own suitable footwear for moving around the spa, like
sliders and flip flops. - Remember to bring swimwear for spa activities. If your spa package includes a
treatment, disposable underwear is provided; however, you can bring your own. - For comfort, safety, health, and hygiene, and out of respect for other spa guests,
kindly wear the flip flops provided in your spa locker at all times within the spa
premises. - Feel free to bring your own post-treatment products, such as lotions, deodorants,
sprays, and any specific care items you may require.
- It is advised to store all valuables in your guestroom or locker. Please be aware that bringing
valuables into The Spa is not recommended. - While mobile phones are allowed, Mirrored cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage
to personal items.
- Before undergoing any treatment, it is advisable to consult with your doctor.
- Expectant mothers are welcome to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and facilities at The Spa.
- However, activities like the Roman bath, hot tubs, sauna, and steam room involving jets and
extreme temperature changes are not recommended during pregnancy. - Rest assured, we can adjust any of our relaxing treatments for expectant mothers.

week into pregnancy.
